Wig Refresh

Purchase this service, mail in your wig, and we will

• wash
• deep condition 
• clean the glue off your lace
• style it for you
• Option to replace/add elastic band and (1) nape wig comb & tighten loose wefts
• Option to add bleached knots to units only if knots have not been bleached before

For rush services:

• Local drop-off : your wig must be dropped off before 3pm for it to be ready next business day. (Business days are Monday-Friday)
•  For wigs shipped to us: Your processing period will be 1 business day.

Please provide virgin or raw hair extensions only.

If choosing to add color services: Hair must have not been dyed before. Therefore, you must provide natural black wigs. Please select a color option above. Please note that there is a possibility that color services will not be EXACTLY the same, but we get them as close as possible. If choosing burgundy or dark auburn, add a note if you'd like dark roots for your closure. Otherwise the entire wig will be the color chosen, including the roots.

Your units can be mailed in or dropped off (if local). When purchasing this service, make sure that your hair is mailed or dropped off within 72 hours of your purchase.

If mailing, respond to your order confirmation email with your tracking number. We will send you an email upon receipt of your package.

For all local orders, we allow drop off and pick up. Please enter your phone number at checkout. Address will be provided within 24 hours of placing your order.

The processing time for this service is up to 4 business days after your unit is in our possession. Shipping will start after the processing period.

Once your wig is complete, we will email you with a picture of your unit and your tracking number. Note that the shipping you will be charged at checkout is for Crowned Elite to ship the wig back to you after the service is completed.
