Processing & Shipping Time

The normal processing time for products and services are as follows:

  • Virgin hair extensions, closures, and frontals : 4 to 7 business days
  • Ready to ship wigs, lashes, and hair care items: 1 to 2 business days
  • Custom Wigs: Up to 14 business days
  • Bring Your Own Wig Customization (new wigs) & Wig Refresh (used wigs): Up to 4 business days
  • Bring Your Own Hair - Wig Construction: Up to 5 business days
  • Wig Restoration & Wig Reconstruction: 7 to 14 business days


*If your order contains items in multiple categories, your order will automatically take on the greater of the shipping times. For example, if you order a ready to ship wig (processing time 1-2 business days) and a custom wig (processing time up to 14 business days), your entire order will process up to 14 business days.

For orders placed after 4pm CST, the processing period starts the next business day. For example, if you place an order on Friday at 4:10pm, the processing time for your order will begin on Monday morning. Shipping period begins after the processing period. The processing and shipping time does not include weekends or holidays.

Expect delays during sales periods & holidays.

Crowned Elite by Marie is not responsible for any shipping delays imposed by the courier. Once a tracking number has been sent, please refer any shipping concerns to the courier.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will not offer a full refund for lost or stolen packages nor partial credit. Your order will not be replaced. However, we do understand that sometimes things happen beyond your control. A couple of precautions that we take to help to try to prevent this are:

  • We will provide you with a tracking number when every order is shipped. If you will not be home on the expected arrival date and time, you can request to have your package held at your local courier's office.
  • We add shipping insurance to each and every order that is placed with Crowned Elite by Marie, no matter what the amount of the order is. The insurance covers the actual value of mailed contents. You will be able to file a claim with your local courier (clicking on your tracking number will show you what courier your package was shipped with). You will need to provide them with a copy of your invoice (which would have been emailed to you). Please be sure to include your full name and order number in your email. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

Please verify your shipping address to make sure that it is entered correctly at checkout. If a package comes back to Crowned Elite by Marie as undeliverable, you will be responsible for the cost to have the package shipped out a second time.
